Hours: Flexible work from anywhere, Monday-Friday
Appointment setter to a high volume health and life insurance agent. Must be able to multi-task, have great phone and people skills. Must be readily available by phone to aid the agent by setting appointments.
Job Responsibilities:
Outgoing phone calls through incoming leads to set appointments.
Outgoing phone calls through current client base to assist in the prioritization of agent's schedule during Open Enrollment.
Confirmation of next day appointments and notification to agent of any changes.
Communication with the agent on a continual basis to discuss any outstanding issues with customer service/ appointment setting.
Requirements:
The ability to pass a security background.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsible and dependable.
High proficiency in typing and Microsoft Office.
Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Required education:
- High school or equivalent
